Job Description

The ServiceNow Developer will work on configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and integrations. The role requires a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
  • Develop workflows and automated processes using Flow Designer.
  • Create and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and software defects.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform implementation or development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript for server-side and client-side development.
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB basics.
  • Knowledge of Access Control Lists (ACLs), user roles, and the platform security model.
  • Experience with at least two major ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, or EA.

Preferred Qualifications
