EY Associate Analyst Job Description
EY is looking for candidates to join its team as a GTM Content Delivery Support Associate. The selected candidates will contribute to the delivery of go-to-market content and help maintain EY’s trusted content collection.
The role involves working with a global team of content professionals to ensure that content requests are completed accurately and on time. Candidates will work on web publishing, content updates, content migration, graphic selection, and maintaining consistent user experiences across digital platforms.
The position also provides opportunities to develop skills in content management, user experience, Generative AI, and collaborative working. Candidates should be comfortable following established processes, working with different tools, and supporting content-related projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain the quality, accuracy, and relevance of EY’s trusted go-to-market content collection.
- Perform web publishing activities and select or optimize graphics and images when required.
- Build and update simple web pages using appropriate templates and instructions.
- Handle content migration and bulk content updates.
- Review and correct auto-sanitized content deliverables.
- Process content update requests, including edits, file changes, and metadata modifications.
- Work with content management platforms such as Adobe CMS, Workfront, and SharePoint.
- Follow EY’s visual brand identity and established content standards.
- Use available tools and Generative AI to improve content quality, usability, and consistency.
