- Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support and ensure service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Classify incidents accurately, communicate ticket status, and manage escalations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and perform incident and problem management.
- Identify root causes and provide technical solutions to operational problems.
- Monitor system performance, review logs, and perform trend analysis.
- Take proactive actions to improve system uptime and operational reliability.
- Use knowledge bases, technical articles, and best practices to resolve recurring issues.
- Identify and implement scalable process and technology improvements.
- Use Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity.
- Apply AI-assisted troubleshooting, reporting, monitoring, and ticket analysis.
