- 1st Year Stipend: ₹12,400 per month

About the SIM Program
The School for IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) is Wipro’s initiative to transform Diploma holders into highly skilled IT professionals. The program is designed to provide a blend of academic learning and on-the-job training in IT infrastructure and systems.
Selected candidates will:
- Be employed full-time at Wipro
- Pursue a B.Tech in Information Systems from a recognized university
- Receive mentorship and industry-relevant training
- Graduate with both a degree and 4 years of work experience
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th and 12th Standard: Pass
- Diploma: Minimum 50% marks in any of the following specializations:
- Computer Science / IT / Electronics
- Telecommunication / Computer Engineering
- Electronics and Communication / Computer Technology
- Computer Science and Technology / Electrical and Electronics
- Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025 only
- Education Gap: Maximum 3 years between 10th and Diploma
- Mathematics Requirement: Must have studied Core Mathematics in Diploma
- Nationality: Indian citizens, or holders of PIO/OCI cards. Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit citizenship certificates
- Backlogs: Only one backlog allowed at the time of the assessment (must be cleared before the 6th semester)
Additional Requirements
- Only full-time Diploma courses are eligible
- Distance education not permitted in Diploma
- Candidate must be 18 years or older at the time of onboarding
- Candidates who appeared in Wipro hiring in the last 3 months are not eligible
Evaluation Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
- Verbal Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Analytical Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Quantitative Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)
- Written Communication Test – 20 mins
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
Service Agreement
Selected candidates must sign a 48-month service agreement. If a candidate exits before this period, they will be required to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
