Job Description
As an Analyst I at Aon, you will be part of the U.S. Commercial Risk Practice team, working closely with Account Executives and U.S. Account Specialists. This role requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of insurance processes and client servicing standards.
You will support client projects, ensure compliance with service standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and analytical support to internal and external clients.
- Work under the guidance of Senior Analysts and Operations Managers to execute projects according to service level agreements.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain high accuracy in all assigned tasks.
- Understand and implement processes directly related to your area of work.
- Support ongoing process and technology enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with Aon colleagues across regions to understand data methodologies and findings.
- Continuously enhance technical and analytical skills through internal training and coaching programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate (Non-Technical)
- Note: Candidates with B.E/B.Tech or Postgraduate degrees (MBA, MCA, MA, M.Sc, M.Tech) are not eligible for this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of Statistics and Data Interpretation.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel (an Excel assessment will be conducted).
