Roles and Responsibilities
As a PMO, you will:
- Work with Project Managers to manage staffing, finance, onboarding/offboarding, infrastructure, and logistics.
- Collaborate closely with client partners and delivery executives to support new opportunities and maintain pipeline hygiene.
- Liaise with business unit staffing partners to forecast and fulfill project requirements.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of resources in line with organizational policies.
- Manage creation of new projects and allocation of resources effectively.
- Ensure timely compliance of weekly and monthly time reporting.
- Handle requisitions, allocations, and infrastructure needs for project teams.
- Collect data from stakeholders and prepare dashboards and MIS reports within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operational activities.
- Collect, streamline, and analyze operational data for business efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to plan activities, multitask, and adhere to timelines.
- Exposure to stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in working directly with end clients is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Fieldglass will be an added advantage.
