Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition Operations: Assist with implementing AI-enabled recruitment systems and contribute to transformational talent acquisition projects.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Handle ad-hoc data requests, help generate talent metrics, and contribute to data-driven hiring decisions.
- Ensure Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition (TA) team to maintain consistency and process adherence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
