Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end recruitment support by collaborating with clients, hiring managers, and IBM’s operations team.
- Take partial ownership of the sourcing life cycle while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Implement new sourcing methods, assess candidate suitability, and build a strong talent pool.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define weekly, quarterly, and annual goals for the Global Delivery Center.
- Work on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to screen candidates and regularly update candidate status.
- Establish rapport with hiring managers, ensure effective communication, and support during sourcing to offer stages.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate with 0–1 year of experience in sourcing/recruitment (ITES/BPO/Finance/HR domains preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of using social media platforms and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Ability to manage partners and handle challenging discussions effectively.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in HR or related specialization.
- Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and ambitious with the ability to meet recruitment targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
