Key Responsibilities
- Support the CIB Ops Risk Data & Metrics Lead in documenting, streamlining, and delivering metric-related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data analysis needs and create solutions using Alteryx and Tableau.
- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports in Tableau to visualize complex datasets.
- Perform data cleansing, mining, and analysis to identify patterns, insights, and trends.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business queries and decision-making.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation to optimize workflows.
- Present data-driven findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest data analytics and visualization trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in data modeling, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to handle large datasets.
- Hands-on expertise in Alteryx and Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in banking or financial operations risk & control preferred.
