Key Highlights of the Role
- Training Period: Up to 15 months from the commencement date.
- First 3 months – Classroom training with a stipend of INR 25,000 per month (as an Intern).
- Next 12 months – On-the-job training as an Associate Engineer.
- Bond Agreement: Selected candidates will sign an undertaking of INR 2 Lakhs for 2 years & 9 months.
- Final Posting: Will be decided by LTTS management based on business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation with minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA throughout academics.
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
- Candidates should clear the final year in their first attempt.
- Minimum age at the time of joining: 18 years.
