Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business, technology, and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops with SMEs to capture end-to-end business processes.
- Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to deliver change projects successfully.
- Act as a bridge between business units, technology teams, and support functions.
- Manage all phases of the SDLC – from requirements gathering to implementation and review.
- Generate post-implementation reports and perform management reviews.
- Work in an agile/scrum environment to adapt to changing business priorities.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Backend: Core Java, J2EE, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, Struts.
- Web Services: REST (Jersey/Spring REST), SOAP, WSDL.
- Messaging: MQ, Kafka.
- Databases: Oracle, Sybase, DB2, PL/SQL.
- Servers: Apache Tomcat, WebSphere.
- Tools: GitHub, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Autosys, Elasticsearch, SOAP UI.
- Experience in all phases of SDLC including SIT, regression testing, and production support.
- Ability to analyze AS-IS processes and implement necessary changes.
Good to Have Skills
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Node.js, React.js.
- Understanding of Azure architecture and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Azure cost optimization.
- Familiarity with governance and policy best practices for Azure.
