Job Description
As a Trainee at Wipro, you will be responsible for configuring and testing the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System based on client requirements.
This role involves setting up and configuring various parameters within Wipro’s internal systems to deliver tailored business solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Wipro’s proprietary tools and systems as per client specifications.
- Test configurations and validate functionality to meet business needs.
- Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, and Mainframe principles.
- Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
- Work with relational databases (tables, keys, relationships, and DB2 queries).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Participate in software testing and adhere to best practices in Quality Assurance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration or testing issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA (2024 or 2025 Passed Out).
- Solid understanding of SDLC concepts, SAS, and Mainframes.
- Hands-on experience or basic knowledge of SQL and DB2.
- Familiarity with automation testing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively — both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work well within a team.
