Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve low to medium complexity problems related to automation and process improvement.
- Work as part of the Technology for Operations (TFO) team, collaborating with sales, delivery, and offering units.
- Assist in building intelligent automation models using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and AI/ML-based RPA systems.
- Develop code using scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, and Python to implement automation solutions.
- Contribute to designing automation architectures, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Ensure seamless integration and optimization of business processes through automation.
- Collaborate with peers and update supervisors regularly on work progress.
- Perform assigned tasks independently with limited client exposure.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required by project needs.
