Job Description – What You Will Do
As an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, you will:
- Design, develop, test, and support software applications based on business requirements.
- Understand client needs and deliver high-quality software to meet expectations.
- Participate in developing automation solutions and integrating new technologies.
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents through email, chat, or remote support.
- Collaborate with teams to design and configure applications.
- Apply new technology trends in real-world projects.
Key Skills Required
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in programming and coding with the ability to deliver clean, quality code.
- Willingness to relocate across India and work in 24×7 shift environments.
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
- ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP.
- Salesforce.com configuration/customization.
- J2EE and Full Stack Development.
- .NET Development (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
- Test Automation – designing test cases, scenarios, and executing usability testing.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Applications) – Any batch up to 2024.
- No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Maximum 23 months of full-time experience allowed.
- Should not have appeared for Accenture recruitment process in the last 3 months.
- No gaps during the academic degree (must complete within the stipulated duration).
- Only Indian citizens are eligible (Bhutan and Nepal nationals can apply without a visa). Other foreign nationals must have a valid Work Visa, OCI, or PIO card.
