Job Overview
The role of System and Application Services Associate is designed for non-engineering graduates who want to enter the technology services industry. The role involves supporting IT infrastructure, cloud systems, application operations, project management activities, and software quality processes.

1. Infrastructure Managed Services
- Maintaining and managing on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure

Educational Requirements
- Non-engineering graduates/postgraduates such as:
B.Sc, BCA, BBA, BA, B.Com, M.Sc (non-IT streams), MA, M.Com, etc. - Engineering degree holders (BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc CS/IT/Data Science) are NOT eligible.
Academic Requirements
- No active backlogs during application or joining
- Degree must be completed within the standard duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years)
- No unexplained gaps during graduation period
Experience Requirements
- Candidates must have less than 23 months of full-time experience
- Freshers are eligible
