Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical troubleshooting via voice and digital channels (chat, email, bots).
- Manage IT service tickets by prioritizing urgency, updating status, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyze ticket data using tools and implement best practices to support customer needs.
- Deliver proactive and user-centric IT support for various clients in Telecom, Finance, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.
- Ensure first-contact resolution and address customer issues such as password resets, session errors, and profile updates.
- Maintain professionalism during customer interactions, from greeting to call closure.
- Use internal tools like CHIP (Capgemini’s AI bot) to enhance issue resolution and reduce turnaround time.
- Contribute to knowledge management by updating knowledge base for recurring issues.

- Adaptability to relocate as per business needs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance KPIs

Qualifications
- Must be a 2025 graduate or have completed a 3-year diploma program
- Open to all streams
- Candidates must have an active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked with Aadhaar
- Preference will be given to female candidates as part of Capgemini’s diversity hiring initiative
- Indian citizens only are eligible to apply
Salary Details
- CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Additional Incentive: ₹25,000 (One-time incentive)
- Total Package: ₹3.25 LPA (3 LPA fixed + 25K incentive)
