Key Responsibilities
- Collect business requirements for new change requests.
- Draft and document Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Collaborate with clients to finalize and get approval on FSDs.
- Communicate change requests to developers and QA teams.
- Support QA teams during client demos after UAT deployment.
- Track issues raised by the client in UAT and follow up internally.
- Respond to client queries via email or mobile communication.
- Join daily stand-up calls for project discussions with clients.
- Provide product knowledge to internal teams and clients.
- Deliver demos of the Factorin product to new customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and explain technical changes.
- Experience in SDLC and coordination with development/QA teams.
- Proficiency in business analysis and user requirement handling.
- Capable of managing UAT processes and issue resolution.
- Prior experience in client interaction and product demos is preferred.
