Key Responsibilities

Training and Facilitation

  • Deliver New Hire Training to NHT batches after completing the required Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification.
  • Build communication and professional skills for advisors during the onboarding phase.
  • Conduct refresher training and stratified training sessions based on performance gaps and business needs.

Learning Needs Analysis and Curriculum Design

  • Identify learning needs among agents, team members, and business units.
  • Use principles of Instructional Design to create or restructure training modules.
  • Work closely with the Floor Support, Quality, and V&A teams to incorporate real call samples and process-based requirements.

Performance Evaluation and Documentation

  • Observe trainees during training sessions and evaluate their performance.
  • Maintain and track trainee attendance, performance data, and certification records for audit purposes.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to improve communication readiness.

Operational Support

  • Participate in departmental projects and training initiatives.
  • When not training, support the National Command Center with language assessments for hiring.
  • Maintain all required MIS and documentation related to training outcomes and activities.

Additional Expectations

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including day and night schedules.
  • Ability to conduct audits and provide targeted feedback for improving communication scores.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Master Trainer experience.

Skills Required

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills. Key requirements include:

  • Excellent knowledge of Voice & Accent (V&A) principles and English grammar.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
