About the Marketplace Reporting & Analytics COE
The Marketplace Reporting & Analytics Center of Excellence (MR&A COE) functions as an extension of the U.S. Markets team under the National Enabling Model. Its primary focus is on providing robust reporting, analytics, and insights to support Deloitte’s consulting practices across multiple sectors and industries.
The COE works extensively with platforms such as SWIFT and Jupiter (Deloitte’s CRM and ERP systems). The team is responsible for generating reports, analyzing sales and revenue performance, and supporting business leaders with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst in the Reporting & Analytics team, you will:
- Collaborate with network reporting leads and finance partners to extract insights from Deloitte’s internal systems.
- Analyze sales, pipeline, and revenue data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Become a super-user of Jupiter, leveraging it to create dashboards and reports.
- Gain expertise in SWIFT profitability attributes and understand client and engagement ecosystems.
- Generate customized reports using Power BI, Tableau, Hana, and Jupiter.
- Analyze large datasets and create meaningful visual snapshots.
- Learn firm financial systems and adopt best practices in reporting.
- Partner with U.S. and India leadership teams to deliver ad-hoc and regular business reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field. MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Work Experience: 0–3 years in reporting, analytics, or related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau
- Familiarity with SQL and VBA for automation
- Other Competencies:
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in dynamic, unstructured environments
