Job Description
The Learning Operations team in Deloitte US-India provides end-to-end administrative and backend operations support to Deloitte member firms globally. This role requires a customer-service mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills. As an Analyst, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth planning and delivery of learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support US Talent Development Learning Operations in planning and delivering training programs for offshore clients.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, system management, and backend operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team leads to ensure smooth coordination.
- Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and completeness in assigned tasks.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
- Demonstrate effective time management by prioritizing work efficiently.

- Contribute actively to firm-wide initiatives and team projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate, Postgraduate, or MBA degree.

- Knowledge of email etiquette and ability to interact with clients professionally.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel – should know sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
