Key Responsibilities
Club Administration
- Plan and manage internal club meetings in collaboration with club members and business stakeholders.
- Keep detailed records of participation, activities, and feedback from sessions.
L&D Branding
- Create and implement strategies to promote the Learning & Development department.
- Design marketing material and outreach efforts to boost club visibility and participation.
Club Adoption
- Network with competency heads, vertical leaders, and guest speakers to drive employee engagement.
- Monitor and improve club participation rates across departments.
Event Coordination
- Manage the L&D events calendar and ensure stakeholders are informed in advance.
- Arrange venues, resources, and materials by coordinating with internal teams.
Learning Analytics
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of club events and collect participant feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Interest or prior experience in Learning & Development or employee training is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Organizational and project management capabilities.
- Passionate about event hosting and connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of digital learning platforms and tools.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Open to feedback, with a positive attitude and adaptability.
