The selected candidates will support IndiaMART’s business operations by verifying client details, managing customer requirements, and updating business profiles. The role focuses on customer communication, data verification, and target achievement through efficient work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements through a pre-call study and assign relevant sellers.
- Verify and update client information via phone calls.
- Maintain data accuracy by updating client profiles based on profile score metrics.
- Educate clients about the benefits of IndiaMART services and available add-ons.
- Handle customer queries and dispose of cases with appropriate resolution codes.
- Inform clients before collecting information during recorded conversations.
- Maintain daily communication goals and meet business targets.
- Work 3–4 hours a day to meet daily content collection and client connect targets.

Job Requirements
- Must be available from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3–4 hours per day).
- Should have a quiet and suitable work environment at home.
- Must own a computer, Android smartphone, and a dedicated SIM for calling.
