About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be part of the Engineering & Technology team responsible for designing and managing international networks. The role provides hands-on exposure to working with modern telecom technologies like 4G, 3G, and 2G and offers an opportunity to collaborate with product and device teams to support global roaming services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international telecom networks.
- Work with device and product teams to build requirements supporting 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming capabilities.
- Validate technical requirements and network designs for global roaming, including authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, provisioning, and performance management.
- Prepare technical proposals for new network deployments, upgrades, and investments.
- Assess service provider capabilities in terms of coverage and performance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network issues, performance gaps, and routing concerns.
- Identify root causes of technical problems and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
