Roles and Responsibilities

Endpoint Deployment & Configuration

• Assist senior engineers with SCCM software deployments, patch deployments, and collection management activities.
• Support Microsoft Intune device enrollment and Windows Autopilot pre-staging.
• Help maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments.
• Perform basic SCCM client health checks and assist with endpoint remediation.
• Support operating system deployment activities and WinPE environment configuration.
• Monitor Windows endpoints using the SCCM console and Microsoft Intune portal.

Patch Management Support

• Assist with software update group creation and patch deployment scheduling.
• Monitor patch compliance reports under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Identify non-compliant endpoints and escalate issues to L2 engineers.
• Support maintenance window configuration and Software Update Point synchronization.
• Document patch exceptions and track remediation activities using ITSM ticketing systems.

Operations & Ticketing

• Handle Level 1 endpoint management service requests and incidents.
• Resolve assigned tickets within defined SLA timeframes.
• Prepare operational documentation, knowledge-base articles, and runbooks.
• Participate in daily team meetings, sprint reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 engineers with proper documentation.
• Follow NTT DATA’s ITSM processes and client-specific escalation procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in B.E., B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science or IT, or MCA from a recognised Indian university.
