Job Description
As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Oracle’s clients by investigating and resolving issues in both front-end and back-end applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations on application issues by gathering log files, testing workflows, and shadowing end-users.
- Apply fix tools and backend techniques such as querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Document activities, solutions, and knowledge articles throughout the problem-resolution lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across different regions.
- Balance client satisfaction and business priorities by managing tasks based on severity.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and global teams.
- Readiness to work in rotational shifts, specifically from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
