Job Overview

The Associate Software Engineer (.NET + React) role is part of the Mastermind Software Engineering team. Selected candidates will work in a cloud-native, agile environment, contributing to the development and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.

This is a hybrid role, requiring office presence twice a week, and follows a 12 PM to 9 PM IST shift. The position is classified under Grade Level 08, making it suitable for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining frontend applications using React.js and backend services using .NET Core
• Writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices
• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication
• Working in a cloud-native environment, preferably using Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Participating in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Contributing to architectural discussions to improve system scalability and security
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver reliable software
• Staying updated with emerging technologies to continuously enhance product capabilities

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong technical foundation along with effective collaboration skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
