Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Business-to-Business customers via Voice, Email, and Chat.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses while maintaining defined SLAs.
- Manage each customer interaction with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
- Document calls and customer interactions with precision.
- Resolve customer concerns and suggest process improvements when needed.
- Maintain high performance in areas such as productivity, attendance, quality, and first-contact resolution.
Required Skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong email communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to multitask across communication channels – Voice, Email, and Chat.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows OS.
- Understanding of email etiquette and professional tone.
- Ability to work independently and maintain customer focus.
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced, rotational shift environments.

- Educational Qualification: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and above.
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or related fields.
