- Service Agreement: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and test the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to meet client requirements.
- Use proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters.
- Understand client needs, analyze requirements, and implement configurations accordingly.
- Work closely with teams to ensure smooth implementation and testing.
Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of SAS and Mainframe principles/concepts.
- Ability to write and optimize simple & complex SQL queries.
- Exposure to automation testing and related tools.
- Good understanding of system testing and software quality assurance practices.
- Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems.
- Knowledge of relational database concepts such as tables, keys, and DB2 queries.
Communication and Professional Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to share information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrates accountability and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
- Clear understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA
- Passing Year: 2024 & 2025 only
- Agreement: Must be willing to sign a 12-month service agreement
- Work Location: Candidate should be comfortable working from Chennai office
- Shift: Willing to work in night shifts (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM)
Salary Package
- Expected Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹4.2 LPA (Approximate Range)
