Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Onboarding Associate in day-to-day onboarding operations.
  • Maintain and update onboarding trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Help with audits of onboarding data, employee documents, and internal processes.
  • Manage onboarding stock such as welcome kits, swags, and IT assets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Admin, and Rewards for smooth employee onboarding.
  • Conduct pre-onboarding sessions and assist new joiners in preparing for Day 1.
  • Address onboarding-related queries and resolve employee experience issues.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance onboarding engagement and efficiency.
  • Document learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team.

Education and Skills Required

  • Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Final-year students are also eligible to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate trackers and data.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Sheets proficiency preferred).
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in People Operations or HR.
  • Prior exposure to HR, operations, or event coordination will be an added advantage.
