Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Onboarding Associate in day-to-day onboarding operations.
- Maintain and update onboarding trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Help with audits of onboarding data, employee documents, and internal processes.
- Manage onboarding stock such as welcome kits, swags, and IT assets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Admin, and Rewards for smooth employee onboarding.
- Conduct pre-onboarding sessions and assist new joiners in preparing for Day 1.
- Address onboarding-related queries and resolve employee experience issues.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance onboarding engagement and efficiency.
- Document learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team.
Education and Skills Required
- Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Final-year students are also eligible to apply.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate trackers and data.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Sheets proficiency preferred).
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in People Operations or HR.
- Prior exposure to HR, operations, or event coordination will be an added advantage.
