Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in executing high-quality user interactions from concept to implementation.
- Solve complex user experience challenges through clear, intuitive, and engaging designs.
- Use user research data to craft meaningful design solutions that meet user goals.
- Develop storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other visual materials to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Advocate for design decisions by aligning them with both business objectives and user needs.
- Independently manage tasks and contribute proactively in a dynamic environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in UX or interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD, Principle, Framer, Webflow, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user psychology and information design principles.
- Ability to anticipate various user scenarios and reflect them in design solutions.
- Good knowledge of visual design and UX writing.
- Experience in prototyping and/or front-end development is desirable.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
