Job Description

Deloitte is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join its HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team. As a Services Support Associate I, you will support learning administration activities for Deloitte’s North-South Europe (NSE) firm. The role involves managing training schedules, maintaining learning records, processing reports, supporting employees, and ensuring high-quality customer service while meeting operational deadlines.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in HR operations, learning administration, and business support within a global organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Close completed training classes and process participant feedback.
  • Ensure all system updates are completed accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection policies and company guidelines.
  • Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support additional learning administration activities whenever required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while collaborating with internal teams.
