Job Description
Oracle is looking for an Associate Support Engineer to join its Support organization in Bangalore. The selected candidates will provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while acting as an advocate for their needs.
The role involves handling customer inquiries through phone and electronic communication, assisting with technical questions, troubleshooting Electronic Support Services, and helping resolve customer issues. Candidates will work with Oracle employees and customers to provide timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institution.
