Amazon is looking for a Central Operations Support Executive to remotely support the daily operations of sellers. The role involves monitoring operational metrics, coordinating with field executives and sellers, conducting audits, managing stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of new processes.
The position requires candidates who can understand the larger customer experience, identify patterns and operational disruptions, analyze data carefully, and take ownership of business activities. The team supports both inbound and outbound operations through voice and non-voice channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to identify patterns and operational disruptions.
- Good attention to detail.
