Job Description

Altera Digital Health is looking for a motivated and technically inclined Associate Technical Support Consultant to join its Technical Support team. This entry-level position is suitable for fresh graduates who have a strong interest in technology, troubleshooting, customer support, and healthcare IT.

The selected candidates will receive training on enterprise healthcare software applications and support processes. They will work closely with experienced consultants to investigate and resolve customer issues while developing knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, interfaces, incident management, and application troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience of 0–1 year is suitable for this position.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers using enterprise healthcare software applications.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and technical issues reported through ServiceNow and other ticketing systems.
  • Gather relevant information and review logs and error messages to identify the cause of reported problems.
  • Follow established troubleshooting procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and Knowledge Articles.
  • Perform basic application configuration, validation, and troubleshooting activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, development, infrastructure, database, and interface teams when additional expertise is required.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation, including troubleshooting steps, findings, resolutions, and customer communications.
  • Meet defined service-level agreements, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Participate in knowledge-transfer sessions and continuously improve knowledge of supported products.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and contribute ideas for improving knowledge articles, SOPs, automation, and support processes.
  • Use available technical tools and AI-assisted troubleshooting capabilities responsibly.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams through email, chat, and support calls.
  • Participate in rotational shifts, including evening, night, and weekend coverage based on business requirements.
  • Escalate critical or high-impact issues promptly and follow up until resolution.
