Job Description

S&P Global is looking for an Associate, Client Support to join its Regulatory & Compliance Client Services organization. The candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients using the Counterparty Manager (CPM) suite.

The role involves providing timely and accurate client support throughout the customer lifecycle, resolving issues, understanding product and business processes, and helping strengthen long-term client relationships.
