Job Description
L&T Technology Services is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) who will undergo structured training before joining full-time roles. The program consists of:
- Training Duration: Up to 15 months from the date of joining.
- Phase 1: 3 months of classroom training with a stipend of ₹25,000/month.
- Phase 2: 12 months of on-the-job training as an Associate Engineer.
Branches Eligible: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control.
Type of Offer: Full-time employment after successful completion of the training period.
Compensation: ₹4.01 LPA upon completion of training.
Job Locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Mysore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Vadodara, and Delhi.
The final work location will depend on business requirements and management discretion.
Note: Selected candidates will be required to sign an undertaking/bond of ₹2,00,000 for a period of 2 years and 9 months.
Student Eligibility Criteria

- Must be pursuing a full-time B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Instrumentation & Control disciplines.
