The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is designed to give students an opportunity to:

- Earn a salary while continuing higher studies.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA as per university guidelines
Eligible Degrees
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in the following streams:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
Year of Passing
- 2024 & 2025 batches are eligible to apply.
Additional Criteria
- Open school or distance education is accepted for 10th & 12th only.
- Candidates can have one active backlog during online assessment but must clear it before the 6th semester.
- Core Mathematics must be one of the subjects in graduation.
(Business or Applied Mathematics is not accepted.) - A maximum 3-year gap in education is allowed (between 10th and graduation).
- No gaps are allowed during graduation.
- Graduation should be completed within 3 years.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold PIO/OCI cards if possessing foreign nationality.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a valid citizenship certificate.
- Candidates should be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
Selection Process
The WILP selection process consists of three major rounds designed to evaluate technical and communication skills:
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes)
The test will include:
- Verbal Ability: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Analytical Ability: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Quantitative Ability: 20 minutes (20 questions)
- Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
This round evaluates candidates’ verbal communication, fluency, and customer interaction abilities.
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Shortlisted candidates will attend a business discussion round with hiring managers.
Service Agreement
Selected candidates will be required to sign a service agreement of 60 months.
If a candidate decides to leave before completing the bond period, they must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
