Job Description
HROne is looking for Software Engineer Trainees to join its Platform Engineering team. This is a generalist, coding-focused role where freshers will get an opportunity to work across different areas of software engineering.
Depending on their skills, interests, and business requirements, selected candidates may develop in one of two primary tracks: Customer Engineering or SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test).
Customer Engineering involves implementing and configuring customer projects, building integrations, working on data modelling, and developing backend/API solutions. The SDET track focuses on automated testing, test frameworks, API testing, CI/CD quality gates, and technical documentation.
The role also provides opportunities to contribute to core product features by writing unit and integration tests and shipping production code alongside experienced platform engineers.
This is a 6-month internship followed by a full-time opportunity based on performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Collaborate with senior engineers, pod leads, product teams, and customer-facing teams.

- Contribute to software development and quality improvement activities.
