Sutherland Associate / Sr. Associate Job Description

Sutherland is looking for candidates who can deliver an outstanding customer experience through different communication channels, including calls, email, chat, and social media.

The selected candidates will be responsible for resolving customer issues, inquiries, and concerns while ensuring that customer questions are answered accurately and within the required timeframe. Candidates will also be expected to achieve monthly customer satisfaction and productivity goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, analytical thinking, and the flexibility to work according to business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Resolve customer requests and inquiries through email, chat, or social media.
• Provide an excellent customer experience across different communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve contact center statistics and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain compliance with non-disclosure agreements and data security policies.
• Complete required upskilling programs and e-learning courses.
• Attend coaching sessions and implement feedback provided by supervisors.
• Maintain 100% schedule adherence.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute positively to reducing program shrinkage.
• Work toward achieving monthly customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
• Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates must be 2025 passouts.
• Candidates must have completed a full-time UG or PG degree.
• Graduates from Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, or MCA backgrounds can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good typing skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
• Candidates must reside within a 25 Km radius of the Sutherland office.

Salary Details

The expected salary for the Sutherland Associate / Sr. Associate role is approximately ₹2.50 LPA to ₹4.50 LPA.
