Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product-related queries through calls, emails, live chat, and remote support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer accurate resolutions in a timely manner.
- Understand and apply concepts related to IT management and ITSM frameworks.
- Gain working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, networking, and endpoint security tools.
- Utilize tools such as SCCM, Intune, EDR, SOC, and antivirus management solutions to support customer systems.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in resolving technical issues.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of operating systems and modern IT environments.
- Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with IT service management practices.
- Experience with device management, security tools, and support operations tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
