Job Overview

The role of Intern – Employer Branding & DEI focuses on strengthening PUMA’s employer value proposition (EVP), enhancing its inclusive culture, and creating engaging content across multiple platforms. The selected candidate will work closely with HR, marketing, creative teams, and external partners to support campaigns, storytelling, events, and analytics.

This internship lasts 3 to 6 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. It is a full-time opportunity based in Bengaluru, reporting to the Lead – Employer Branding & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

The internship offers hands-on involvement in multiple employer branding and DEI initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting Employer Branding Activities

  • Assisting in creating, curating, and scheduling content for the career site, LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal communication platforms.
  • Maintaining consistency of PUMA’s employer brand across job boards, career pages, internal portals, and external communication channels.
  • Coordinating talent-attraction campaigns, branding materials, and candidate-experience communications.

Contributing to DEI Projects

  • Researching global best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Assisting in planning inclusive campaigns, awareness programs, and diversity engagement events.
  • Supporting campus initiatives, community outreach, and internal DEI activities.

Analytics and Campaign Insights

  • Tracking performance metrics such as social media engagement, candidate feedback, and internal participation rates.
  • Preparing insights and recommendations for improving campaigns and communication strategies.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Working closely with recruiters, HR business partners, the design team, and external vendors.
  • Managing logistics and coordination for events, employee storytelling projects, and branding activities.
  • Helping maintain content calendars, updating databases, and supporting documentation tasks.

Creativity & Innovation

  • Bringing fresh ideas for employer branding, employee testimonials, visual designs, and DEI activations.
  • Supporting the creation of videos, photos, and basic visual assets using tools such as Canva.
