Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Associate – NOC, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing 24/7 application and infrastructure monitoring using enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, Datadog, and Nagios
- Acting as an Incident Coordinator, participating in major incident bridge calls and ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Triage and routing of auto-generated tickets as per defined SOPs
- Supporting incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews
- Maintaining and updating knowledge bases and known error databases
- Identifying recurring issues and contributing to automation and shift-left initiatives
- Collaborating with DevOps, Operations, Product teams, and third-party vendors
- Tracking and reporting KPIs such as MTTD, MTTR, ticket volumes, and service performance metrics
- Providing uninterrupted 24x7x365 support, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Skills Required

- Basic experience or exposure to IT operations, NOC/SOC, or application support
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards
