Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Year: 2025 batch only
- Education: Full-time degree in Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control, Aeronautical, Bio-Medical, or Railway Signaling Engineering
- Minimum 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA throughout academics (10th, 12th, and graduation)
- No backlogs at the time of application
- Must clear final year exams in the first attempt
- Minimum age at joining: 18 years
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and will go through the following stages:
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
Final selection and location of posting will be at the discretion of the company based on business requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in 3 months of intensive classroom training focused on engineering fundamentals and company tools.
- Undergo 12 months of hands-on training as an Associate Engineer across various engineering domains.
- Work on real-time engineering projects across LTTS business verticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support innovation in product development and design.

- Strong academic understanding of engineering principles
