The DS Senior Analyst – Finance Deal Pricing role is aligned with Management Level 9 (Specialist) and is part of Accenture’s Deal Structuring & Pricing team. The position involves providing financial and commercial leadership during the development and approval of large, complex IT services deals.

The selected candidate will support managed services and consulting deals by performing pricing analysis, margin calculations, risk assessment, and financial evaluations while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

As a DS Senior Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for supporting deal teams throughout the pricing and structuring lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed analytical reviews of client budgets to identify gaps and missing information
• Preparing structured schedules for open financial issues and proposing action plans for deal readiness
• Collaborating with deal teams to calculate pricing and margins using Accenture’s internal pricing tools
• Analyzing deal risks and opportunities to provide mitigation strategies for clients and stakeholders
• Assessing the financial impact of deal structures across multiple regulatory environments
• Working within US GAAP guidelines to ensure accurate financial representation
• Coordinating with tax and legal teams to ensure compliance and tax efficiency during asset or resource transfers

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) exposure
• Understanding of US GAAP and local accounting standards
• Strong MS Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis

Professional & Technical Skills
