Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer/partner queries via phone and email in English.
- Open, track, and update support cases consistently in the system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and provide solutions.
- Escalate cases internally when necessary and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear communication to customers about issue status and resolution steps.
- Assist in product demonstrations, upgrades, and installations remotely.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and global support teams.
- Document solutions, create FAQs, and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Continuously learn and expand technical knowledge to support multiple Precisely products.
- Work flexible shifts, including night shifts when required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of operating systems like Linux, Unix, AS400, AIX, or Mainframe.
- Understanding of databases (Oracle, MS SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SAP).
- Coding knowledge in Java, C, C++, C#, or Python.
- Networking and security knowledge (good to have).
- Exposure to Sterling B2B Integrator or Sterling File Gateway is an added advantage.
