Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Salesforce customers to address security and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update security and compliance documentation such as white papers.
- Manage customer security audits across different time zones.
- Support product teams by providing insights from customer security requests.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base of security and compliance for internal teams.
- Assist in developing internal security and compliance training programs.
- Ensure audit readiness by preparing documentation and evidence.
- Drive process improvements using the Salesforce platform.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Cybersecurity (Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma accepted).
- 0–3 years of experience in security and compliance, application security, or risk assessment.
- Knowledge of Cloud Security certifications like CSA CAIQ, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.
- Experience with RFPs/RFIs for large customers (preferred).
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to meet deadlines and work across multiple stakeholders.
Salary (Expected)
- Stipend/Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (approx.)
