Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – FP&A, you will:
- Manage day-to-day financial reporting, budget tracking, and expense management.
- Support Finance Managers/Controllers with monthly forecasts and book closure processes.
- Handle T&E expense reporting, headcount reporting, and cost monitoring.
- Conduct in-depth ad hoc analysis and prepare real-time cost reports.
- Own and manage the monthly headcount reconciliation process.
- Work on reporting for travel, meetings, and other cost drivers.
- Develop expertise in Deloitte’s financial systems like SAP ECC, SAP BW, and other reporting tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBA Finance or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (mandatory).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in financial planning, reporting, or accounting.
- Understanding of financial accounting (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements).
- Strong knowledge of financial and operational KPIs.
- Ability to work with reporting tools and quickly adapt to Deloitte’s systems.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
