Key Responsibilities
As an Associate in Deals Tech & Data Solutions, you will:
- Support data-driven initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, and other transaction activities.
- Work on data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modelling to solve complex business problems.
- Participate in multiple engagements, managing stakeholder expectations and contributing to consulting projects.
- Provide insights using tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel-based analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS/IT/EEE/ECE) with at least 60% marks.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience in relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Hands-on experience with Excel-based analysis and financial reporting.
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Ability to think critically and apply analytics strategies to real business problems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Deals, Mergers & Acquisitions – Tech & Data.
- Certifications in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to predictive modeling and machine learning tools such as Python, SAS, etc.
