Key Responsibilities

- Shift Management: Be flexible for rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Other Tasks: Handle additional support-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Any graduate (preferably Computer Science, IT, or Engineering).
- Basic knowledge of web applications, SaaS platforms, and assessment tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Technical skills such as SQL, operating system basics, and Bash scripting are a plus.
