  • Processing ODC-related invoices and supporting transactional activities.
  • Coordinating meetings, sending minutes of meetings (MoM), and maintaining communication logs.
  • Assisting infrastructure teams (LAN, WAN, Telephony) with local on-site tasks.
  • Handling password resets, workstation management, and service desk updates in alignment with SLTs.

This role demands accuracy, coordination, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
